About us

RUPSA (Rural & Urban Problem Solve Association) is a voluntary, non-political, and non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities since 2003. Founded by visionary social leader M.A. Bashar, RUPSA was established by a group of committed educators and social workers who believed in inclusive development, dignity, and opportunity for all, regardless of race, gender, religion, or background.

Since its formal registration in 2005, RUPSA has been working at the grassroots level to improve the socio-economic and cultural conditions of marginalized populations across both rural and urban areas. Our work spans across education, health, livelihood, climate action, and community development, with a strong emphasis on gender equity and youth empowerment.

We operate with an inclusive membership approach, welcoming youth and changemakers of all backgrounds. Our movement is rooted in five guiding values: Faith, Unity, Integrity, Service, and Dignity.

RUPSA enjoys strong collaboration with communities, development partners, and government stakeholders. We are also expanding our legal footprint internationally, with a growing presence in the UK to increase our global impact and reach. Through every project, our vision remains clear: to build a more just, sustainable, and compassionate society—one initiative at a time.

vision

To build an inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society where poor and vulnerable individuals—especially women, children, the disabled, and the distressed—are empowered with dignity, opportunities, and access to rights, enabling them to actively participate in and contribute to national development in harmony and justice.

mission

RUPSA empowers underprivileged communities—especially women, children, and persons with disabilities—through education, health, skill development, and social innovation. We aim to build a just, inclusive, and sustainable society by bridging rural-urban disparities and promoting dignity-driven development.

At RUPSA, we uphold integrity, unity, and social justice as our guiding principles. We are driven by patriotism, equality, and compassion, ensuring transparency and accountability in every action. Our commitment to teamwork, innovation, and inclusive service empowers us to create lasting impact for the underprivileged, with dignity and purpose.
