Description

Every day, countless women across rural and urban Bangladesh face poverty, exclusion, and social barriers that hold them back. Not because they lack dreams, but because they lack support.

At RUPSA, we work with underprivileged, disabled, and marginalized women across rural and urban Bangladesh to build their skills and give them a second chance at independence. We don’t just train — we trust. That’s why, after skill development, we provide small grants or investments to help them start their micro-business, earn with dignity, and build a better future. But we can’t do it alone.

We don’t give charity. We create opportunities.

Through our Rise & Thrive and Dignity & Hope programs, RUPSA provides free, hands-on training to underprivileged women, single mothers, disabled women, and third-gender individuals. Once trained, we offer small but impactful funds to help them launch micro-enterprises — from tailoring and handicrafts to running small shops or offering local services. But none of this is possible without you.

Our 2025 Goal: Empower 50 Women to Become Financially Independent

Each woman we support receives:

✔ Practical skill development (3–6 months)

✔ Starter toolkits and materials

✔ Business mentorship & follow-up

✔ Emotional support and peer network

Total cost to empower 1 woman: approx. $120

That’s less than $10/month for a year to completely transform her life.

How You Can Help

Whether you give once or monthly, your support directly fuels her journey to independence:

– $10 = Tools or materials

– $25 = Training for 1 month

– $50 = Starter kit

– $120 = Fully sponsor one woman

– $6000 = Help us meet our 2025 goal: 50 women fully empowered

We’ll showcase progress, stories, and real-life impact throughout the year — because you deserve to see how your kindness creates change.

Who Are These Women?

– Unprivileged young women who dropped out of school.

– Abandoned or widowed mothers struggling to support their families.

– Disabled women with untapped potential.

– Transgender individuals looking for acceptance and livelihood.

They’re not looking for sympathy — they’re looking for a chance. And you can be the one to give it.

Transparency & Impact

RUPSA ensures 100% transparency. Every donation is documented, and we regularly share success stories and impact reports. You’ll see how your support creates change — not just in one life, but in an entire community.

Looking Ahead

We’re also working toward launching eco-friendly women-led enterprises, like producing green sanitary napkins and biodegradable products, both to generate income and serve community health needs.

Your donation today will help us prepare for those dreams tomorrow.
