Women in Bangladesh, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, often face financial instability due to limited opportunities. Divorce, unemployment, and lack of skills force many women into poverty. At RUPSA, we believe in empowering these women through digital skill development, freelancing, and entrepreneurship.

Our Women Empowerment project focuses on providing training, tools, and financial support to underprivileged young girls and divorced women. By equipping them with essential skills and resources, we help them establish a sustainable livelihood, breaking the cycle of poverty.
