At RUPSA, we deeply appreciate every donation made towards our charitable initiatives. As a non-profit organization, all donations are used to support our various programs, including education, healthcare, women empowerment, environmental sustainability, and community development.

 

1. Donations Are Final

All donations made to RUPSA, whether through online payment, direct bank deposit, or other methods, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a donation is made, it is considered a voluntary contribution towards our mission and cannot be reversed.

 

2. No Return or Refund Policy

  • RUPSA does not offer refunds for any donations made under any circumstances.
  • Donations are immediately allocated to ongoing projects, administrative costs, and community support initiatives, making it impossible to issue refunds.
  • Since donations are voluntary and not for the purchase of goods or services, they are not eligible for returns.

 

3. Errors in Donation

If you believe that an error has been made in your donation, please contact us immediately at info@rupsa.org. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will not be guaranteed.

 

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. RUPSA is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions and cannot process refunds for them.
